1.3.What should I do if I forgot my password?
If you have forgot your password, follow the link Forgot Password on the Login page. Please enter your email address and reset link will be sent to you. Please log in to your account and follow links My profile - Edit photos or click HERE. Please note that the size limit of the picture to be uploaded should not exceed 2 Mb. If you are unable to decrease the image size, please send your request to our Contact us page and we will assist you with it. -
2.1.If the lady doesn’t know English, how can she read letters and write me back?
The agencies use the services of professional translators, who signed the contract according to which they have no right to divulge any information, they can get during their work. This service has already been included in the cost of a letter, and the lady doesn’t pay additional money for translation. You can be sure that we do everything possible for your correspondence to be confidential. -
2.2.Can I send an attachment with my message and what the size limit is?
Yes, you can send up to 10 images with a regular letter, and the size limit of a file is 10 MB. Also, you can send a video clip by sending a video message with a size limit of 50 MB. -
2.3.Should I open all incoming letters?
No, you may open only letters from the ladies who you are interested in. -
2.4.Is number of symbols in the letter limited?
There is no limitation for the number of symbols; however as you can see in the course of practice, very long letters are very rarely being read till the end, because the lady is not interested in the number of symbols, but in warmth, care and attention that you are able to show her through this letter. -
2.5.Exchanging personal contact information.
To request a lady’s personal information, please make a contact request.
Before sending us a request, please complete IMBRA verification. IMBRA verification process should be completed by all USA citizens, temporary residents, and who used to live in the USA in the past. For all other members - please upload an empty IMBRA form to your profile HERE or contact us for assistance.
Also, you are eligible to apply for direct contacts only after spending a total of 1500 credits on the website and the charge of 110 credits will be applied per each request after completing IMBRA verification.
To proceed with your request, please follow the steps below:
- Submit IMBRA form for verification by visiting Settings - IMBRA or simply click HERE. Press Download IMBRA form and save it to your computer, after you print and fill the form, you should scan it and upload back on the Settings page. Please wait till the status of the form will change to Confirmed.
- After the first step is completed and credits requirement is met, please go to My Profile page - Your contact requests and press View or add new. Enter the lady's ID number and confirm your request. Your new request will be in Pending status while we process it, and the status will change when information is provided and posted to your account.
Do not try sending your email, phone numbers, address, etc. through the letters or chat, as they will be blocked and not delivered to the lady, also you will be charged credits per letter that are non-refundable.
Please note that we are fully responsible for the validity of the provided information for a limited time of 30 days.

2.6.How can I set up a phone conversation with a lady?
To set up a Phone call with a lady, you should make a request. Please visit your Profile, Your Call requests and click on View or add new. Fill the form. In case a lady accepts your invitation, you will get all the necessary information in Your Call requests on the Profile page. Please note that you should have at least 30 credits on your account to make a phone call request. The system charges you 30 or 20 credits (according to your membership type) for the first 10 minutes of conversation. If the lady declines your phone call request, credits will be refunded to your account immediately. -
2.7.How can I personally meet with a lady?
With our Date me service you can set up a date with a lady from our website as soon as 24-72 hours by selecting Premium arrangements!
Please notice that we will not be able to start process of meeting arrangement without the IMBRA form being filled out. The International Marriage Broker Regulation Act is required to be completed by each member of our website (including US and non-US citizens) before contact information is released, and personal introduction can take place. US and non-US citizens can undergo background check if necessary based on the completed form to provide the highest level of security. Non-US citizens are required to fill out only those paragraphs of the form that contain primary information without any further notarization. To get the IMBRA form go to the Settings page and press button IMBRA form or simply click HERE, then Download the form to your computer. After you print and fill out the form, please scan it and use the button Upload on the same page to send it back to us.
After your IMBRA form is confirmed please select Date me request on My profile page - Enter ladies' ID number, select city (ladies city is listed by default), and date range you'd like the meeting to take place (within next 6 months from the current date). Once you press “Set up a date” you will be offered to book additional services from local agency if necessary, such as transportation, translation, and hotel/apartment rental. 1 hour of translation is already included. You will receive an update on the same page with a confirmed time or with another time offered by the lady.
Your account will be charged 120 credits for regular requests / 240 credits for Premium services, or if you are a new member and/or spent less than 300 credits on Veronikalove.com - the price is 500 credits for regular requests / 700 credits for Premium services. If for any reason meeting arrangement is cancelled or declined, credits will be refunded to your account. -
2.8. Gift delivery.
Please note that it usually takes 3-5 business days to deliver a gift. Also, please be informed that ladies can be out of their hometowns during the holidays, so it will take longer to deliver the gift. Delivery of gifts and souvenirs to the occupied territories of Ukraine and the territories under sanctions will not be completed.
The delivered item may differ from the image on the website due to color differences, presentation, as well as location, and availability of certain products. -
2.9.Live Video Chat service.
This is a completely new chat experience. Video chat got more private than ever before. That's a whole new service that allows you to communicate with a lady one-on-one with live video, image sharing, and voice messages! If you wish to chat with a lady with a camera, you should make a Video chat request. Please visit your Profile, Private Video Chat and click on View or add more, or you can visit a lady’s profile and click on Private Chat. You will see a timetable so you can choose the convenient time and date for the video chat.
Having chosen the date and time, you will see the status "Waiting for lady's confirmation". Please wait till the lady accepts your invitation and the status changes to "Waiting for your approval". Please approve the video chat by pressing "Accept" or decline it by pressing "Decline and choose another date".
Please note that if you set up a video chat, your account will be charged for the first 10 minutes of the video chat. In case for any reason the video chat will not take place, credits will be refunded to your account. Please notice that a very close scheduled time might not allow the lady to confirm your request, and the soonest time you can make a request is within the next 15 minutes, and the lady during confirmation can change the time for Now. Please set up a Video chat ahead of time.

Once done, please choose a convenient date and time to arrange a Zoom Video Chat and select your video call duration (15/30/60 minutes). Please note that the system will charge you once you select a call duration (15 min/90 credits, 30 min/180 credits, 60 min/360 credits). Please wait until the lady accepts your invitation. Then, please follow the provided Zoom link in your Zoom requests section to start a video chat with your lady. For a better experience, we recommend installing the Zoom app on your smartphone or Zoom software on your computer.

After the registration of your profile, please follow the link “Credits” to choose the most convenient payment method. 3.3.Membership types
When you purchase credits, you automatically get a
Classic membership and classic fees for services. You can reduce these
fees by updating your status to Prime or Club and receive discounts,
free letters and even free credits.
See the table below to learn more about each package that
provides discounts. Please note that you still have to purchase credits
to use the services, but after updating your membership, all fees become
less.
Each package is valid for 30 days. If you purchase the second
membership and the first has not expired yet — it will be added to the
end of the first one and begin only after the first expires.
Also, free letters that are included in the membership can be
used ONLY during 30 days after any credits package purchase you make of
$5 or higher. So, if you bought a membership but did not purchase
credits during the last 30 days — free letters cannot be used.

3.4.Can I get credits back for empty and/or duplicate letters.
Please contact our Online Support or Contact us page to receive a refund for a duplicated or an empty letter, and we will be happy to deposit it to your account as soon as possible. -
3.5.My payment went through, but credits were not deposited to my account.
If credits were not deposited to your account immediately, please allow us 24 hours to proceed with your order. If by that time, the deposit was not made, please feel free to contact us to follow up with your order. -
